I noticed after 8 months or so the T-shirt that was navy blue with the exploded isometric blueprint of the e30 stayed in shape alot better than the black or light blue cone dodging e30..

Its mostly the hem around the sleeves and bottom of the shirt that.

They seem to be the same brand, but I wonder if the quality is different, or just a batch.. Or just me 🙂

So the clunking (more a clanging) was just a clip fell off something after the pads and rotors were replaced.

I say clanging because it was a very tinny sound and I could not feel anything in steering wheel. In fact I could not even hear it unless I wound down the passenger side window and ran over the cats eyes (I think the call them that in the US) on the road.

Wasn’t a big drama.. But we are good to go.. Tires are on the last legal mm’s, so they should just be perfect for the test and tune 🙂

    Is that a pre-release ActiveE ?

I thought the selection process only started a week ago..

I know a guy who autox’d a Leaf, but he did it at Great America to charge before his runs..

He also changed the suspension and tires to make the car competitive with a standard petrol car. I instant torque should be great for autoX, but the setup for economy should impact the corners. Would love to see the ActiveE run though, its supposed to handle better.

Maybe we can put it in the back of the trailer and haul it to Marina.

Damn serious. I think I might even work out why the front wheel is rattling over bumps.. Maybe even open the hood 🙂

There are not that many options for wheels and game support for the features can be hit or miss..

Best plan is to work out which game you initially want to spend time on and then select one of the supported wheels.

Overall the broadest support is for Logitech wheels because they are the volume seller. I have a G27, but I think the Driving Force GT is the best bang for buck.

There are a lot more mounting options.. The Wheel Stand Pro is heavy (read stable) and really well made if you are just using a normal office chair or couch.

If anyone finds a decent deal on a helmet that is less bulky, I would love to hear about it.. With the damn sunroof I have very little clearance between the roof and helmet when in a normal seating position..
