    @Efrain – If you have specific shirts and sizes please email autocross@ggcbmwcca.org and we will make sure that we bring the shirts to the event.

    The original post with sizes and shirts is maintained and availability is current.

    The classes were combined to increase competitors per class, as Jeremy mentioned.

    Within class, the times are indexed based on car points to accommodate differences between vehicles. Differences include not only power but vehicle weight, tire size, differentials or lack thereof, front vs rear drive, x/s-drive, and related topics.

    While I would not recommend this line as being fast, if you are simply interested in understanding how to read a course map, please see the map below giving rough direction where to go.

    Hi Bill,

    The formula looks like this:

    Adjusted Time = ((60/59.901)^points) * (Raw Time) * 0.85

    This formula has been used as long as I have been around. It was derived empirically to balance out points vs elapsed time.

    Some things to note:
    More points means higher adjusted time
    Less points means lower adjusted time

    The goal of this is to keep all the vehicles within a class (e.g. A, B, C, Gonzo) roughly comparable.

    Hi Brian

    AA has 2 entries for Alex Neylan. And I am pretty sure I, Grant Mahler attended the 1st autocross, independent of whether I got any points. I think the way you are doing it I should have a 0 for that and then 4 attendances.
