Yep, American Apparel as usual…so the fit is the same as last year’s. As far as tradition, maybe…I think having a variety of cars will be good, so if an e46 or Mini wins…then it will work out!
Brad, if the black one has gone bad, I’ll give you a new one…I think I still have some 2XL’s…I’ll check and let you know. I don’t think I have any of the light silver ones in that size left though. They are all the same shirt brand and style….American Apparel 2001’s, so not sure why. So far, none of my hems have gone bad, and I wash them a ton!
Brian, I’d have to think of another design for a white tee…this would not look good on white especially since it’s a night scene! Sky, cones, light streaks, etc…would be lost…it’d be a big black rectangle. I may have to do another design mid-season on a lighter shirt if I can sell these first.
Such a great event, we should definitely do Marina test and tunes from now on. The super popular course was pretty much a full course, averaging 45-50 seconds. The figure 8 was great to warm the tires up and do a few smoke screens, plus the short wait time was good for making adjustments.
