Here’s a side-by-side comparison of my 7th and 8th runs notable because I found 2 seconds to gouge out of a consistent 47 second lap time. I’m a novice so a low 40s run is a fantasy but looking at the video I can see a few seconds that I left out there. Pardon the overly dramatic music.
