There is a lot to the equation here. All things are not equal!

To know truly if your mods and setup are helping, ask a faster guy to drive your car and give you feedback on your setup. Minor adjustments can equal big improvements in handling.

I’ve done some repairs on my car this year, new tire model in use, and I’ve had to make adjustments to my setup to get the car feeling confident again. Last Saturday brought tire pressure and shock setting changes. Looking at my times, you can probably figure out when I did that.

Once you’re happy with the car, and take it out of the equation, you will work on the other things. Too many variables = inconsistency. I’m not one to go to car changes mid-event, but I was not happy with the car in my early runs.
