Here it is! I will have a small number of print-outs available during registration, but if you want to be certain to have one for yourself, please print and bring with you.

    Jeff,
Is there something different about loading the image this time?

I guess so… it’s not taking. I’ll upload to Flickr and link to it.

Looks pretty straight forward. Should take care of the “want fast” people. 🙂

looks like it might be more interesting if we switched the start and finish…

My thought is that the straight launch at the start might be to tempting for some to with hold from burning out and the finish would be to dangerous as proposed, prompting people to try to hard to finish a little quicker and causing a lot of spin outs.

It was fun. Straight into sweepers were both challanging and great fun. 7 runs, too. Some really fast times from street tire cars.

Thanks to Dave Sparks for designing the course and for coaching me on my 2nd fastest run. (His coaching led to my fastest run, which unfortunately was not captured on video.)

Have to say it was a very enjoyable course. It definitely was not a straightforward point and shoot course, and it was tough to get the best out of it. I know I failed, but I had fun trying. The first lefthand long sweeper was a challenge to take fast with the tail trying to escape from you, which would then set you up for a nice drift into the righthand kink. I rode with Karlton in his porsche and it was joy to watch him lightly drift the car with precision through that whole section. There were also several more nuanced turns in the back section constantly made you give up speed to set up for the next turn. Overall it was a sneaky course 🙂 It tempted you to go flat out, but doing do would only make you go slow or spin.

    Nice work Dave!

Shucks! I don’t know how to respond to compliments.

Someone please complain that it was too tight, or too complicated, or wasn’t as good as [insert club name here]’s courses. 😉

It seemed to work fine for a Formula Ford 🙂 , so, sorry, no complaint here.

This course was awesome fun. it was nice being able to get close to redline in 2nd gear on that right hand sweeper…and then trying (somewhat unsuccessfully) to figure out where and how hard to brake.

Many thanks to Eric, Ross, and Jeff for the amazing coaching!
